Suzanne Collins, CEO

Suzanne Collins is founder and President of CareerLink Companies, a professional full service recruitment and staffing firm specializing in full-time, temporary and consulting services in the Finance, Banking, Mortgage, Information Technology, Energy/Oil & Gas, Engineering and Healthcare industries. CareerLink Companies is also the parent company of HealthLinkRx, a medical staffing company and ConsortioSolutions which provides accounting and information technology consulting services to various industries. She oversees the finance and operational aspects of all the business units in addition she manages the Human Resources function including recruitment and retention, employee relations, benefit design and administration, performance management, policy development and employee training.

Prior to starting CareerLink Companies in 2000, Suzanne gained extensive recruiting experience employed by a national staffing firm, Kforce (formally Source Services). There she began as an Accounting and Finance recruiter where she successfully ranked as their top recruiter and a board performer on a consistent basis. In addition to her recruiting experience she gained valuable business management experience by developing and leading the Human Resources Consulting group which was a new and successful venture for Kforce.

Suzanne serves on the Board of Directors for Attitudes and Attire, a non-profit agency dedicated to promoting personal growth for women seeking self-sufficiency. She also volunteers for Attitudes and Attire speaking on job development skills. Suzanne is committed to a number of other charitable organizations including Genesis Women’s Shelter and Children’s Cancer Fund. She was recently awarded the Dallas Business Journal’s “40 under 40” recognizing the top 40 business professionals in Dallas-Ft. Worth under the age of 40.

Suzanne is a graduate of Centenary College of Louisiana.
